Meet Dr. Andrea Sears

Nascent and consolidated configuration of my academic profile is constitutive of the following profile element.

During more than 25 plus years as a professional nurse, nursing administrator, Touch Points Coordinator, Director of Nursing in positions of increasing responsibility within both contracted military and private sector domains I was trained as an EKG and Phlebotomy Technician therefore receiving a Diploma from Allen Swartz Health Careers, Inc. New York, New York and a Nurse Technician Certificate from Medical Aide Training School Jamaica, Queens New York. I subsequently progressed through an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Borough of Manhattan Community College in New York, New York; an Associate Degree in Applied Science (LPN and RN Degree) from Iona College New Rochelle, New York; a Bachelor's of Science in Health Administration from Iona College; and a Master’s of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University Andrews Air Force Base Suitland Maryland & Pentagon City Washington, D.C. 2004. Between 2010-2011 I completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and graduated in December 2017 with a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from CMU. I currently hold The Hum. Doctor of Humanities. Consequently, my eclectic & dynamic academic & professional profile includes my Doctorial Accreditation, the consummate apogee of excellence & research intelligence which has distilled & refined the creative appurtenances of leadership for extrapolated scholarly work in the future.
